Graduated in law, history of art and trained in the art market, Mikael started as photo editor and contemporary art and design editor at IDEAT Magazine for 7 years. He monitored image, wrote and curated the main news and feature articles of the interiors monthly magazine, as well as its special partnerships with artists (Erwin Olaf, Bettina Rheims), established luxury brands like Audemars Piguet, institutions and exhibitions such as Art Paris Art Fair and Les Rencontres d’Arles. He continues on with trend reporting, reviewing and profiling throughout long-format articles for other key publications.

Since 2009, Mikael works as an independent editor as part of PR plans or stand-alone and for the needs of architecture and creative studios, design companies and business-to-businesses. His services include directing and producing digital and printed content. He defined tones of voice and UX for high-end hotels, developed an online magazine for an international real estate investment and asset management company, and stated strategies for product development and launching of a furniture design firm.
